Our client is an Asset Management company located in Kirchberg in Luxembourg. They are looking for a temporary worker for a mission until the end of June 2025. With assets under management totalling over EUR 500 billion and a staff of more than 4,000 present in over 40 countries, our client offers a comprehensive range of financial management services to institutional clients and distributors around the globe.

To support its current growth, our client is looking for a Business Development Officer – Global Client Group (H/F).

Able to set priorities, be flexible and well organized
Fluent in Greek and in English (mandatory)

Main tasks:

Within our Luxembourg-based sales team, you will focus on the Greek and Cypriot markets and your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Give sales support to the Client Relationship Manager responsible for the Greek and Cypriot markets
Customer liaison and servicing of wholesale and institutional clients and prospects
Handling of different types of client and prospect enquiries
Liaising between clients and our different departments (Investments, Legal, Compliance, Client Servicing, Marketing) to provide timely, efficient and customised solutions to our clients’ needs
Helping the Luxembourg team to prepare for client and prospect meetings, update our client relationship management database (Salesforce)
Liaise with Marketing to organise Portfolio Managers roadshows and client events
Preparing business and market analyses

Required qualifications and skills

You hold a University Degree
Fluent in Greek (main prerequisite) and in English. French knowledge is an advantage
Genuinely interested in asset management and sustainable finance
Driven with very strong communication, organisational and time management skills
Previous working experience/internship in the field of Asset Management, Pension Funds or Insurance Business is an advantage
Experience with Microsoft Office
