Finance Manager/Controller M/F

Our client, a commercial company located in the north of Luxembourg, is currently seeking a Financial Controller.

YOU ROLE
  • As the head of the financial department, you are the point of contact for financial auditors, banking institutions, tax authorities, and other external collaborators, as well as for the Group's financial management.
  • You have solid experience in a financial department and are an expert in Luxgaap and/or IFRS standards.
  • Your responsibilities include the correct execution of all financial operations, as well as the submission of VAT and STATEC declarations.
  • Your role involves preparing internal balance sheets.
  • You ensure monthly account reconciliation and prepare annual financial statements.
  • You are responsible for developing the five-year strategic plan.
  • You assist in business development and prepare investment files, including profitability analysis and cost monitoring.

YOUR PROFILE
You hold a degree in finance and/or have at least 10 years of professional experience in an accounting department. Experience in managing inventory, fixed assets, provisions, and VAT is essential. Structured, analytical, and autonomous. Excellent adaptability and communication skills with a real sense of teamwork. Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an advantage. Required languages: French and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
