HR OFFICER H/F

Our client is a global technology leader specialising in digital services and innovation. They are looking for an organised, innovative, process-driven colleague to join their team as an HR Administration Officer M/F.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Amongst your daily obligations are: you oversee the creation of all hiring-related paperwork as well as the updating of personnel files. You draft and revise materials that aid in new hires' integration. You will monitor and oversee sick leave and work accident reports. Control and transfer of the data required for payroll processing in line with the schedule, in collaboration with the payroll supervisor. You will monitor the files of the employees. You compile the INFPC file for subsidies, oversee the budget, and plan the numerous trainings.
You assist the HRD and HRBPs with a range of administrative duties and HR initiatives. You oversee the purchase orders, invoices, and local HR vendors.
You participate in good communication and intra and inter service coordination.
You will handle confidential information

Your profile
You have a higher education degree.
You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR professional in an international and agile work environment.
You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially excel.
You are hands-on, flexible and straightforward.
You are fluent in French and English.
You have motivation for working in a matrix environment.
Demonstrable knowledge of all HR functions and standard methodologies
You possess knowledge of Luxembourgish labour law.
You possess excellent organisational skills, and you are at ease both orally and in writing.
You possess advanced knowledge of Human Resources tools such as SAP (Success Factors, TIM, …. ) and you are eager to learn about new applications.

Salary and benefits
Salary between 50K to 65K according to profile
