Hay s Luxembourg is seeking an IT Infrastructure - Migrations Engineer to join our client's team.

This role will support a major data center move and a comprehensive tech refresh of our client's core IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building new IT infrastructure assets and services in the new data centre, including network, storage, hypervisor, and backup systems.
• Support the go-live of new applications based on client's processes.
• Aid in the migration and tech refresh of infrastructure applications, such as Active Directory, Fileserver, SFTP, and IBM Workload Scheduler.

Profile :

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure operations and projects.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix servers.
• Proficiency in VMware.
• Experience with data centre setup and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
• Independent and reliable working style.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in German and French is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an open-minded approach to sharing information and transferring knowledge to team members.
