The company is looking for someone who already has a first experiences in users support. You will have the opportunity to evolve in this company.
Your Responsibilities as Junior Helpdesk Level 1 / 2 – GERM M/F :
- You will provide support to users on call and on site.
- You will carry out duties in compliance with established protocols.
- You will install, set up, and troubleshoot software and hardware on computers in accordance with user requirements.
- You will manage licenses.
- You will update and document processes.
- You will maintain a degree of customer satisfaction and efficiently handle problems to ensure a great user experience.
Your Profile as Junior Helpdesk Level 1 / 2 – GERM M/F :
- You have a first experience in support and wants to improve your skills.
- You must be fluent in German (Mandatory), English and French is an asset.
- You already worked on MS Office and Windows
- You are a curious and a good communicator.
