Finance Controller M/F

One of our clients, an international and industrial company, is currently looking for a Business Finance Controller. This is a newly created position, and you will be crucial in tracking and improving the financial results. Your duties will include variance analysis, budget management, and the creation of precise financial reports to aid in strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:
  • Create and track financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Examine discrepancies between projections and actual outcomes, and suggest remedial measures.
  • Ensure stringent cost management and resource optimisation.
  • Use pertinent financial analysis to assist management in making strategic decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports for monitoring key indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in financial risk management and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support ongoing enhancements to financial procedures and the integration of digital tools for automation.

Qualifications:
  • A university degree in finance, management, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in management control, financial analysis, or auditing.
  • Excellent data analysis and financial modelling abilities.
  • Curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to assert oneself.
