One of our clients, a prestigious Law Firm is looking for a Receptionist & Facility Services Assistant to join their dynamic team!
This versatile role offers the perfect opportunity to manage front desk operations while providing essential administrative and logistical support to their organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk:
  • Handle phone calls and manage mail distribution.
  • Organize meeting room schedules and bookings.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they receive excellent service.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area at all times.
General Services & Logistics:
  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with service providers for building maintenance and repairs.
  • Occasionally run external errands as required.
  • Assist with various administrative and logistical tasks to support the team.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in reception or general services roles.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English.
  • Professionalism: Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility & Organization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Availability: Flexible and reliable for the 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule, with potential for flexibility.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license required.
