With assets under management totalling over EUR 500 billion and a staff of more than 4,000 present in over 40 countries, our client offers a comprehensive range of financial management services to institutional clients and distributors around the globe.
To support its current growth, our client is looking for a Business Development Officer – Global Client Group (H/F).

Main tasks:
Within our Luxembourg-based sales team, you will focus on the Greek and Cypriot markets and your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Give sales support to the Client Relationship Manager responsible for the Greek and Cypriot markets
- Customer liaison and servicing of wholesale and institutional clients and prospects
- Handling of different types of client and prospect enquiries
- Liaising between clients and our different departments (Investments, Legal, Compliance, Client Servicing, Marketing) to provide timely, efficient and customised solutions to our clients’ needs
- Helping the Luxembourg team to prepare for client and prospect meetings, update our client relationship management database (Salesforce)
- Liaise with Marketing to organise Portfolio Managers roadshows and client events
- Preparing business and market analyses
Required qualifications and skills
- You hold a University Degree
- Fluent in Greek (main prerequisite) and in English. French knowledge is an advantage
- Genuinely interested in asset management and sustainable finance
- Driven with very strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- Previous working experience/internship in the field of Asset Management, Pension Funds or Insurance Business is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office
