Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a Corporate Team Assistant who speaks English and French fluently for a permanent position.
Here are the main responsibilities:
Providing administrative support on client matters, such as
Opening new matters, including drafting engagement letters and managing the KYC process in cooperation with team members and our dedicated compliance team.
Assisting with invoicing in cooperation with our accounts team.
Formatting documents and presentations.
Filing documentation – both electronic and, to a more limited extent, hard copy.
Scheduling meetings and assisting with calendar management.
Arranging business travel for individual team members and for larger groups within the department for specific conferences/events.
Cooperating with other assistants in the Directorate and providing back-up as necessary.
Managing any other administrative tasks as needed.
Here are the qualifications:
Assistant-oriented training (Graduate, BTS, Licence LEA) or equivalent experience.
Previous relevant experience would be considered an asset.
Excellent command of all MS Office tools.
Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Ability to act responsibly and proactively.
Capability to work autonomously and within a team.
